The entrepreneurship university launched by China's e-commerce giant Alibaba's cloud computing arm Aliyun, gave classes to startups in Shanghai's Zhangjiang area on March 9.

Jin Le, a data analyst from a startup team in Silicon Valley, and Wang Xianqi, a founder of Yunqi Industrial Big Data Association, were invited to discuss recruitment strategies and how to develop a corporate culture at startup companies.

Jin suggested the best policy for early-stage startups is to be run by three or four driven individuals, each with the hope of growing their own businesses. Jin gave a number of other suggestions, which will hopefully aid the development Zhangjiang startups.

The entrepreneurship university is a project that has been launched by Aliyun to offer guidance and help cloud computing-focused startups through online video courses and offline sessions. It unites the resources of Alibaba and its partners to boost innovation and entrepreneurship.
